Currently in our consultations we observe patients daily whose main
reason for consultation is oriented to the immediacy of the treatments
they require, a situation that with the advent of new technologies is
increasingly feasible to be able to do it with a high percentage of
satisfaction.
Reason in which we are subjected to take into account in the initial
interdisciplinary management of these cases, the correct diagnosis,
planning and execution with joint integrated surgical techniques with oral
rehabilitation.
When we manage atrophic maxillae, it is very important to take
advantage of the regenerative potential of the maxillae and to be able to
offer the possibility of applying techniques that combine aesthetics and
function, carrying out immediate loading protocols, supported by All on
Four - Six - Guided surgery implantological techniques. that in
combination with advanced surgical maneuvers, guided bone
regeneration, maxillary sinus floor elevations, bone reconstruction,
among others, guarantee the reduction of surgical times and increase the
level of satisfaction of our patients, allowing the management of these
cases with immediate provisionalization.
Objective: To demonstrate the contemporary management of atrophic
maxillae by implementing different reconstructive surgical techniques
combined with immediate loading protocols in the development of
implant rehabilitations.
